evidence based practice does not promote critical thinking

Gosh. After I don't know how many months of preparation for this debate, I think we've finally found our best line of defense as an opposition.

Say that those people involved in EBP are already critical thinkers, have characteristics that already pre dispose them to do something like EBP. Therefore what we are looking at in this debate is not how EBP, though it investigates the truth and reflects the process of CT, we are looking at whether EBP promotes the critical thinking spirit in a person. We will show, as an opposition that EBP fails to promote critical thinking because it does not promote the critical spirit.
